Khamzat Chimaev, Dillon Danis Brawl After RAF 10 Main Event

Khamzat Chimaev kicked Dillon Danis and a massive brawl broke out at RAF 10.

Khamzat Chimaev scored a quick pinfall victory over Dillon Danis in the RAF 10 main event and then a huge brawl erupted on stage just seconds later.

Recognized as one of the biggest signings to RAF, Chimaev didn’t disappoint with his wrestling after he scored a quick takedown and then rolled Danis to his back as his shoulders hit the mat. The referee quickly called the pinfall to end the match with Chimaev getting the win.

But a second later, Danis was still holding onto Chimaev’s leg, and that led to the former UFC fighter kicking him on the ground. That was the fuse that exploded into a massive brawl with Chimaev and Danis trying to turn the wrestling match into a street fight on stage.

Members from both teams rushed onto the mats as the brawl continued with security desperately trying to get control of the situation.

It was the ugliest situation to unfold in RAF since Arman Tsarukyan punched Georgio Poullas after their first match ended with a brawl breaking out afterwards.

While not totally unexpected, Chimaev and Danis managed to stay cordial throughout the RAF 10 press conference on Friday, but that obviously all changed after the match on Saturday.

In the end, Chimaev still got a win, and Danis’ second appearance in RAF ends with a loss and a chaotic brawl breaking out with the former UFC fighter.
